A fun fast read that packs a big punch. Lots of laughs as you taken on a 30 year journey of love filled with Mr. Rights and Mr. Wrongs. Kathleen’s honesty is refreshing. I think every girl will love the insert about zits as a teen, I was rolling with laughter as I thought about myself and friends. As a single lady, I know the dating scene can be rough, Kathleen’s insightful twist on taking each relationship (big or little) as a stepping stone to finding your true self and in time, your true match was inspirational. I am seriously sending this book to all my single friends!

A very sweet collection of life lessons from a small town girl who has finally found her “center”.
It made me smile after each page. The lessons and relationships are universal yet personal. I can feel the author growing closer to finding her own bliss yet marveling at her own ingnorance. She uncovers her own destructive life patterns while struggling to find her path.
Enlightened people will find this book charming! But more importatly, people still searching for lifes meaning will find HOPE in the authors message and maybe begin to see their own destructive patterns and change paths.
We all deserve to be at peace with our inner self whether it is alone or in a relationship. This is a gentle manual of Hope.

The Cheerleader Speaks is a fantastic, fast, & laugh out loud read! Kathleen shares her dating experiences (from grade school on up) & what she learned along the way. And what she learned was mostly about herself as much as about men & dating. It’s story that rings true for me & probably every girl I know! It’s filled with hope & will help readers see the bigger plan of God in their lives. Reminding readers every experience is moving you forward to a better place even if it doesn’t feel so great at the time.
