    I was thinking of taking yoga and just wanted to see if I could find enough information that would help me understand what to look for before I begin. I wasn’t looking for exercises, but what I needed to expect when I go searching for classes. This was just what I needed.
    I thought maybe the book was going to give a little more detail, but overall I was happy with what I read. If you’re a beginner, I believe that you will enjoy the material! Thumbs up!

    If you have ever wanted to learn Yoga, then I highly recommend this book to you. It has all of the steps that you need to know, to learn Yoga and it will easily get you started. This book helped me to relieve stress and get my body back in shape. I now feel better than ever. There are alot of benefits of Yoga, but beginners need to know how to get started.     I started with yoga, November 24, 2011

    I started with yoga 2 weeks ago and thought there must be more than just sitting and breathing. So I got the book and it explains in exact details what to do and how to do. Even weight loss is possible with yoga. Very good read!
