Pregnancy is the most beautiful phase of a couple’s life. It is a stage of relationship that takes their relation to the next level. In this phase, the expecting mother has to remain stress free and fit. She has to prepare herself and her body for making her baby inside her healthy and fit. Doctor’s first advise during pregnancy is that you have to stay as calm and composed as you can. This is the reason many pregnant woman enrol themselves with yoga retreats. They have special sessions at these meditation retreat or yoga retreat which helps them to stay fit and healthy.

Many women face many discomforts and complications during pregnancy. Moreover, a pregnant woman cannot opt for any rigorous exercise or something that needs a lot of effort. Yoga is an exercise which has all forms of poses or asanas.

Not just till you are pregnant, this exercise helps you benefit in the post natal phase. Six weeks after giving birth to your child, you can again resort to this exercise to strengthen your abdomen muscles and pelvic floor. It will also help you get back to your original shape.

Never tried Yoga:

 If you have never tried or practiced this exercise and are wondering whether it would be apt for you in your pregnancy, then you do not need to worry. This is just any other exercise you would resort to. In fact the benefits from this exercise is much more as compared to any other exercise. However, do not try to experiment and learn it yourself DVD’s or any other way. You need a proper guide and thus you need to work with a yoga instructor.
